Refunds & Arbitration

If the Client suffers a medically verified, career-ending injury within the first twelve (12) months of the Agreement, MNM agrees to issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of the first-year service fees. Only if the service was paid in advance

The refund amount shall be calculated based on the months remaining from the date of injury confirmation to the end of the 12-month payment period.

To qualify for this refund, the Client or guardian must submit a physician’s letter confirming the injury and its career-ending impact within 30 days of occurrence.

All sales and service agreements are considered final and binding.

Refund requests will only be considered in cases of service non-performance documented in writing and submitted to MNM within 15 business days of occurrence.

Any disputes or claims arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland by the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in arbitration shall be entitled to recover attorney fees and costs.
